Also, male cats who are not neutered does caterwauling when they see a female that is in heat. The greatest solution to this issue is to neuter or spay your cat. It could also help control the population of the cats.

Almost all cat owners heard their cats caterwaul and rushed to see what is going on, only to see their cat watching outside the window with a severe look.
