1. Do you deliver products internationally?
Pet Clever successfully ship A LOT of products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner around the globe!
2. How long does delivery take?
For some of our items loctaed n the USA it can take up to 1-2 weeks. Items mark as Made in USA like:T-Shirts ,coffe mugs, phone cases etc..
For other items it would Usually take 15-34 days, however at holidays time of the year, due to high demand of and the busy season, please allow 2-5 weeks for delivery.

If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).
3. I've placed an orders with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package?
Since we have 4 different warehouses, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! :-)
