Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Broken & Missing Shipment
We ship our goods by air carrier shipping companies almost to 150 different countries,
1. For Broken Items, - just contact us by phone or email with receipt and photo proof of broken item, and we will ship a replacement immediately, without the return of the broken item in some cases.
2. For wrong size items (Apparel items), - just contact us by phone or email with receipt, and photo proof of wrong size item and we will ship a replacement immediately, in some cases without returning the old item.
3. For Missing Shipments, - just contact us by phone or email with receipt + Tracking Number, we will ship a replacement immediately.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.
Gifts - If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you or by someone else, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
Additional non-returnable items:

* Downloadable software products
* Seasonal Items like Easter, Halloween, Christmas etc. unless it was delivered late by us.
* Some health and personal care items
If it is not fault of ours, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of our actual shipping (which is usually higher than what you pay for) will be deducted from your refund. Please note that if you were charged shipping it is usually discounted for you as our customer so depending on the item dimension and weight, we may deduct our actual cost between (typically) $5.50 up to $18 per item for domestic (within USA) and (typically) $5.50 up to $20 per item for international shipping outside USA.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds
- Refunds process take between 3-7 business days to complete
- The refund will granted directly to the same method you use to purchase in our store(PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, Amazon Payments or Apple Pay)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
