RETURN & REFUND POLICY
I think you'll love Pet Clever as much as I do, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, just contact us by phone or email within 60 days* of receipt, and you'll get a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling), even without return the item.

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Broken & Missing Shipment
We ship our goods by air carrier shipping companies almost to 150 different countries,
1. For Broken Items, - just contact us by phone or email here with receipt, and photo proof of broken item, and we will ship a replacement immediately, without return the broken item.
2. For wrong size items (Apparel items), - just contact us by phone or email here with receipt, and photo proof of wrong size item and we will ship a replacement immediately, without return the old item.
2. For Missing Shipments, - just contact us by phone or email here with receipt + Tracking Number, we will ship a replacement immediately.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds
- Refunds process take between 3-7 business days to complete
- The refund will granted directly to the same method you use to purchase in our store(PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, Amazon Payments or Apple Pay)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
